Shawn and Omar from FDS Security are STILL helping me years after they first helped me access a security system in a home I bought. They are one of the only security camera professionals that knew how to fix and update the type of cameras there were hard wired all over my property. Then a couple years later we hired them again to add two more cameras. Shawn's prices are reasonable and he and Omar seemed to be technically more savvy than other security techs my husband and I spoke to. They are not afraid to help you even if you have a different security system already set up and you don't need to by the system they offer. This is the sign of a real knowledgeable technician. Everyone else could only work on or fix one type of system-the one they sell. I have no doubt Shawn's systems are the best and probably better than what we had already installed in our home, but they were able to work with what we had and even add to it! Just today, a year after the last time we used Shawn and his company I called for help because I got a new phone and forgot to transfer the app and all the info from my old phone to my new phone. Within minutes Shawn and Omar were on the phone helping me! They showed me how to log on and get the cameras back on my phone! And for no charge!! This shows what nice people these guys are. I will never use another security camera company besides FDS. Thanks again Shawn for your help (now three times!)

I would like to highlight their excellent customer support that helped a crime investigation. Two nights ago, a neighbor's car was vandalized while parked on a street near my house. Luckily, it was within my CCTV camera's wide field of view and the crime was captured in video recording. I asked Shawn if they could help provide the relevant video footage as a separate file to be submitted to the insurance and the police for crime investigation and Omar produced the file and sent it within 24 hours at no tech support charge! I am very impressed at First Digital Surveillance Team's work ethics and willingness to support their clients' communities. I highly recommend doing business with them. You won't be disappointed! In addition, their CCTV products are excellent! This vandalism was captured in a video only because of my high-resolution camera's wide view angle and high sensitivity of the motion sensor, which are superior to most commercially available surveillance cameras designed for homes. First Digital Surveillance provides industry-quality surveillance system to residential clients at a very reasonable cost and no maintenance fee! I have been their customer since 2015 and am very pleased with their products and services!

FDS has provided our 4-Diamond DTLA Hotel with great service for years!!! The technicians are well skilled and know how to knock out a job with speed and efficiency, without disrupting the normal flow of business.
